Dr. Fields has more than three decades of public education experience.  She is a former teacher, administrator and university professor who developed her FELE test prep resources after many of her students requested her help on how to prepare for the exam.  She found that outside resources available to students were minimal and ineffective at best. She developed FELE Prep to fill this void and give candidates throughout the state the confidence, tools and techniques they need to pass the Florida Educational Leadership Exam.

Important 2026 Changes to FELE

The Current Florida Educational Leadership Exam is being retired as of December 31, 2025. FELE 4.0 will roll out on January 1, 2026.

Here is some important information that you need to know:

If you’ve already started taking the current FELE, you will need to complete and pass all three subtests before the December 31, 2025 deadline. If you don’t pass all subtests by then, you’ll need to start fresh with FELE 4.0.

If you’re planning to take the FELE this year, then please start preparing for the FELE exam now as you will also need to pass all three subtests before the December 31, 2025 deadline. Order your FELE test prep materials, sign up for a FELE seminar or FELE tutoring, and pick up some FELE flashcards.

If you’re not planning to take the FELE until after 2025, then keep an eye on our website for further information and resources as they become available.
