We are continuing our series highlighting some of the FELE test prep resources we offer to help you prepare for the Florida Educational Leadership Exam.  Our previous article covered the various types of FELE exam study guide resources with FELE practice questions for each subtest. We also discussed preparation materials for the FELE written response. Today, we will look at more FELE test prep resources to consider. 

FELE flashcards

FELE flashcards are an excellent complement to our FELE exam study guide resources. They are designed to help you learn and reinforce key terms and theorists for Subtests 1,2, and 3 (multiple choice).

FELE seminars

Virtual subtest specific FELE seminars offer another way to understand, study for, and grasp the information you need to know to pass the Florida Educational Leadership Exam. We also go over FELE practice questions and offer FELE writing tips during the FELE written response seminar.

FELE tutoring

FELE tutoring is recommended for candidates who were previously unsuccessful on one or more of the subtests. FELE tutoring is also ideal for candidates who learn best one-on-one and/or those who need flexible scheduling.

Important 2026 Changes to FELE

The Current Florida Educational Leadership Exam is being retired as of December 31, 2025. FELE 4.0 will roll out on January 1, 2026.

Here is some important information that you need to know:

If you’ve already started taking the current FELE, you will need to complete and pass all three subtests before the December 31, 2025 deadline. If you don’t pass all subtests by then, you’ll need to start fresh with FELE 4.0.

If you’re planning to take the FELE this year, then please start preparing for the FELE exam now as you will also need to pass all three subtests before the December 31, 2025 deadline. Order your FELE test prep materials, sign up for a FELE seminar or FELE tutoring, and pick up some FELE flashcards.

If you’re not planning to take the FELE until after 2025, then keep an eye on our website for further information and resources as they become available.
