Test anxiety is something we all face at one time or another.  The Florida Educational Leadership Exam is a major test and prerequisite to become any type of school administrator in the state of Florida.  FELE Prep is dedicated to providing candidates with the most effective FELE exam study guide resources as well as other tips to help fuel your test taking success.  Our next series of articles will cover some strategies to help you combat test anxiety. Let’s take a look:

Get Some Sleep

We tend to be more anxious when we are tired. Be sure to get plenty of rest during the week before you take the Florida Educational Leadership Exam.  You will then want to make sure you get a full night of quality sleep the evening before the exam.  Cramming for a test is never a good idea so try to plan your schedule where you can get plenty of FELE test prep and sleep in leading up to the exam.

Eat a Nutritious Meal

Hunger can cause some people to become uncomfortable and anxious, so be sure to eat a healthy meal before the exam.  Heavy meals with a lot of fats and sugars are not recommended as they can make you tired, so strive to eat something on the healthy side such as lean meats, fruits, nuts, and vegetables prior to taking the Florida Educational Leadership Exam.
